Boys Wrestling - Congratulations to Kaddo Schrunk for earning the bronze medal at 215 pounds in Class C and Gauge Thomsen for his 5th place finish at 144 pounds at the State Wrestling Tournament Saturday morning! Dance - Congratulations to the Pender Flames for their third place finish in both Hip Hop and Jazz at the Nebraska State Dance Championships! Girls Basketball - Congratulations to the Lady Pendragons for beating West Holt on Thursday 51-35! The student section also brought their A Game! The girls will now play Friday against Johnson County Central in the district final. Boys Basketball - Congratulations to the boys for beating Elkhorn Valley on Friday night 60-55. Speech - The Pender speech team traveled to Wisner on Saturday. JHWR will travel to Lyons. Pender will host O-C and Ainsworth in the first round of the boys sub districts. FFA - Happy FFA Week! Elementary Ag Day meeting will happen Monday during advisory groups. Tuesday: FFA members compete at district CDEs in Norfolk. Official Dress is required.
